3. In terms of order dated 01.07.2019, the District Programme Officer, Patna is present and has filed supplementary show cause.

4. On the basis of materials brought on record in the show cause filed today, the stand is that full payment has been made to petitioner no. 1 in terms of order of the Writ Court, as he has been paid the arrears/difference of salary in the regular scale from the date of his appointment.
5. Copy of the show cause filed today was served on learned counsel for the petitioners yesterday.
6. In view there being no rejoinder filed and further nobody appearing on behalf of the petitioners indicates that the payment, as was required to be paid to petitioner no. 1, has already been made.
7. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.
8. The personal appearance of the officer stands dispensed with.
