JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 25-08-2015 The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 11.09.2014 passed by the learned Rail Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Tr. No. 916 of 2014 arising out of Narkatiaganj Rail P.S. Case No. 49 of 2010 whereby the petitioner has been summoned to face trial for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 379, 411 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.
After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.
