2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 306 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. 70 litres of Mahua liquor has been recovered from Jinora field.

4. It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. Recovery has been made from open field.

5. Counsel for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner has got five criminal antecedents of similar nature.
