2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 133 of 2025 dated 29.04.2025 registered for the offences punishable under sections 331(4) and 305(a) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the instant matter relates to the theft of Rs. 1,10,000/- (rupees one lakh ten thousand) from the house of the informant and the petitioner has been made accused in this case mainly on account of his mobile phone having been found in the house of the informant, however, after he was taken into custody, the police failed to recover any part of the theft money and further, the informant only raised his suspicion against this

It is further submitted that the petitioner has fair and clean antecedent and has never indulged in similar type of offence and against him the investigation has been completed and he has been languishing in jail since 01.05.2025.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions and mainly the petitioner's fair and clean antecedent and completion of investigation against him, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-( Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 133 of 2025.
