Case No. 312 of 2014 registered under Sections 406 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

I have perused the FIR. The allegations made in the FIR do attract the ingredients of the offence alleged. In that view of the matter, I find no merit in this case. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
