Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307, 324 of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 27 of Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Dhaneshwar Singh with Garasa on his head. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. There is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. There is case and counter case and petitioner's side filed Obra PS case No. 177/2020 against the informant side. In fact there was free fight between the parties in which both sides
