The petitioners are in custody in connection with Case No. C2/206 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. The petitioners are in custody since 16.04.2018 in connection with seizure of 34.20 litres of Nepali liquor.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have remained in custody for more than two months and they have no criminal antecedent, the petitioners, named above, are directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37074 of 2018 (2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II, Cum-Special Judge, Bihar Prohibition and excise Act, 2016, Sitamarhi in connection with Official Complaint No. C2/206 of 2018.
