This appeal has been filed for setting aside order dated 27.06.2025 passed in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 117 ( 2 ), 132, 352, 351 ( 2 ) and 3 (5) of BNS and sections 3(i)(r) ( s ) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected.

3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely , Jay Prakash Chaudhary (PTC Rajauli PS ) alleged that on 06.02.2025 , he received a secret information that one accused person of PS Case No. 21 of 2025 namely , Rupesh Singh who

APP (SJ) No.2914 of 2025(2) dt.18-09-2025 2/2 was absconding since long and had came to his house and upon such information , a raid was conducted at the house of accused Rupesh Singh , wherein all the F.I.R., named accused persons including this appellant and family members of accused Rupesh Singh abused informant by caste name and also pelted bricks and stones, at police party due to which they sustained injury . But anyhow informant with the help of raiding party apprehended accused Rupesh Singh and took him to Rajauli PS and thereafter injured police officials were treated at Rajauli Govt. Hospital. Accordingly , the present F.I.R. was lodged.

4. Considering the fact that this appellant along with other co-accused persons hindered the police party in discharge of their official duty and also abused and assaulted them due to which they sustained injuries and other circumstances of case , I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order, accordingly this appeal is dismissed.
