The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of abducting the married daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the date of occurrence is 21.07.2014 but in the formal part of F.I.R., the date of registration of F.I.R.

has been mentioned as 27.05.2014 though actually F.I.R. was registered on 27.07.2014 which gets reflects from Column No. 1 of F.I.R. as well as accusation portion of the F.I.R. In 164 Cr. P.C. statement, the victim got her age recorded as 21 years though the learned court below assessed as 18 years where she has stated that she of her own went in the company of the petitioner
