The petitioners apprehends their arrest in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 377 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 448, 354, 436, 380, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the Petitioner Nos. 4 & 5 that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 29.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31551 of 2018.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8183 of 2021(4) dt.03-03-2022 2/2 Considering the same and for the reasons mentioned in the order dated 29.06.2018, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner Nos. 4 & 5, namely, Bittu Kumar & Pramod Jha be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 377 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Sections 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
