Petitioner seeks bail in Maharajganj P.S.Case No. 24 of 2021 of registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 376 of the Indian Penal Code and 4/6 of POCSO Act. In view of the statement of victim under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which, she has stated that she fled away from her house and married with the petitioner out of her own will. They are living as husband and wife. Doctor has assessed her age as 23 years. Petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2021. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as statement of victim under section 164, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
