2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Mathani P.S. Case No. 100 of 2026, instituted for the offences under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Prosecution story, in short, is that on 10.05.2026 at about 11:30 P.M., the informant was allegedly assaulted by the accused persons at village Pannapur with fists, kicks and weapons, causing head injuries and the loss of four teeth.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case.

No specific overt act is alleged against these petitioners. Police, after completion of the investigation, submitted charge-sheet against the petitioners. He further submitted that as per injury report, the injury is found to be grievous in nature. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 15.05.2026 and have no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as also the period of custody undergone by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

7. Let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Mathani P.S. Case No. 100 of 2026.
