JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR VERMA ORAL ORDER 13-09-2024 Heard Mr.Mritunjay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Nagendra Prasad, learned APP for the State. The present modification application is filed for modification of the order dated 26.06.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.38336 of 2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that by order dated 26.06.2024 the petitioner,namely, Lallu Mahto has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court but in the anticipatory bail petition the name of the petitioner had been mentioned by mistakenly as " Lallu Mahto" instead of "Lallu Mahto @ Lallu Sahni" in the cause title of the anticipatory bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59127 of 2024(3) dt.13-09-2024 2/2 petition, due to which the bail bond of the petitioner, namely, Lallu Mahto, has not been accepted by the learned court below. Let it be read as name of the petitioner "Lallu Mahto @ Lallu Sahni" in place of " Lallu Mahto" in anticipatory bail petition (Cr. Misc. No.38336 of 2024) and in this regard, the petitioner has also filed fresh Vakalatnama.

For the reasons stated in the modification petition, the time for surrender of petitioner-Lallu Mahto @ Lallu Sahni and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 26.06.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.38336 of 2024 is extended by two weeks from today.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
