2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:

Patna High Court CWJC No.12599 of 2025 dt.01-09-2025 2/3 "For issuance of appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions, observation for setting aside the order dated- 01.02.2024 passed by the Chief General Manager, Bihar State Building Construction Corporation Limited, Patna whereby and where under the security money of Rs. 31,30,000/- (Rupees Thirty one Lacs thirty thousand only) which has been deposited for earnest money in terms of the E-tender clause 19 dated- 22nd October, 2018, further for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to return his earnest money which has been deposited by the petitioner at the time of submission of Etender paper as per Clause-19 of dated-22.10.2018 with interest and/or for any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner may be found entitled to in course of hearing of this writ application."

3. In support of the aforementioned reliefs, petitioner had approached the authorities by submitting representation, however, the same has not been considered till date.

4. Be that as it may, the concerned authority is hereby directed to take note of the grievance of the petitioner read with the representation and proceed to pass a detailed speaking order

Patna High Court CWJC No.12599 of 2025 dt.01-09-2025 3/3 and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.

5. With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of.
