2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 306/34 (a) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. The petitioner is husband of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. In fact, the deceased committed suicide in her parental house. Police after investigation submitted charge-sheet under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is in custody since 24.05.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
