====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-06-2018 Heard the parties.

Earlier the prayer for bail of the appellant was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 6.11.2017 passed in Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No.2393 of 2017.

Submission of the learned counsel for the appellant is that in spite of direction of the Court, up till now the trial has not been concluded and out of 10 witnesses only 5 witnesses have been examined.

Heard learned Spl.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the appellant, however, the learned Special Judge is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude the trial within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the order.
