Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,353,307,188 and 160 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act, and Section 131 and 134 of Representation of Peoples Act, 1951.

The local Chaukidar reported to the police that the petitioner was one of the members of the Mob which was attempting to capture the polling booth at the time of Panchayat Election and the Mob had pelted stones on the police party. Petitioner is in custody since 28.07.2020. Investigation of the case is complete. There is no specific overt-act against the petitioner.

No.6851 of 2021(2) dt.27-04-2021 2/2 Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.Tr.No.327A/2014 (arising out of Naya Ram Nagar Police Station Case No.10 of 2002) with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
