2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that full and final payment has not been made, and certain dues are still outstanding.

3. Learned counsel for the University submits that,

Patna High Court MJC No. 2101 of 2023(5) dt.27-06-2025 2/2 from the show-cause, it is evident that the admitted dues have been paid, and a calculation chart has also been attached.

4. In this background, considering that the admitted dues have been paid, it transpires to this Court that, in compliance with the order passed in CWJC No. 15274 of 2022, the University has passed a reasoned order, which is annexed as Annexure A to the show-cause filed on behalf of Opposite Party Nos. 1 to 3. The payment has been made, and the calculation thereof has also been enclosed.

5. In view of the above, the contempt petition is hereby dropped, and the present M.J.C. application stands dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the competent authority of the University if any dues are still outstanding.
