JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 112 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2018. He submits that the petitioner is the driver of Maruti Suzuki Wagon-R from where 93 litres foreign liquor was seized. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is not the owner of the vehicle or the liquor in question.
