2. The petitioner had worked in the Bihar School Examination Board, as Section Officer. He was re-employed after his superannuation by the Board by letter dated 19.01.2017 issued by the Secretary of the Board for a period of eleven months extendable at the discretion of the employer for further period of 11 months on his satisfactory service.

3. The petitioner was directed to join at Patna and he was subsequently asked to work in the regional office of the Board at Bhagalpur, by an office order dated 14.02.2017, issued by the Secretary of the Board. The said order dated 14.02.2017 is being assailed in the present writ application. More than two years has elapsed since the petitioner's initial re-engagement of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10220 of 2017 dt.18-11-2019 2/2 petitioner by the Bihar School Examination Board. It is not the petitioner's case that his term has been extended any more.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that since his re-engagement was for Patna office of the Board only, he could not have been asked to join in the regional office at Bhagalpur, he being a retired person.

5. I have carefully perused the advertisement issued by the Board inviting applications and appointment letter whereby the petitioner was re-engaged. No where there was any stipulation that the engagement was only for Patna office. The grievance which the petitioner is raising in the present writ application, in my view, has no merit at all, which has become infructuous too.
