Petitioner is in custody in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 95 of 2018 for the offence under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the vehicle. He was not aware of the fact that driver has loaded the liquor in the vehicle. He submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner is in custody since 20.5.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail after 20.07.2018 on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37492 of 2018(3) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II cum Special Judge Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 95 of 2018.
