Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned APP for the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 109 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the the allegation against the petitioners are general and omnibus in nature and there is also a counter case. He has further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Impugned order of the Sessions Judge, Jamui, dated 12.10.2020 shows that the injury report of injured Md. Najam is on parietal scalp and nature of injury is grievous. As such, it is not a fit case for anticipatory bail.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
