JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2015 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under sections 363, 364, 504/34 IPC to which section 302 IPC was added later on. They are brother-in-law and mother-in-law of accused Gulam Rasul who has been alleged to have kidnapped and killed the daughter of the informant and the only allegation against them is that they abused the informant when he came to enquire about the missing of the victim.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, let both the petitioners as mentioned above be released on bail in the event of surrender, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in Jay Nagar Police Station case no. 222 of 2013.
