2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 504 of 2022 / N.D.P.S. Case No. 206 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 400, 401, 402, 414, 411 of the Indian Penal Code, 8, 21(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act and under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner was caught when he was planning a loot and one country made pistol and one cartridge has been recovered from the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2022.

7. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, NDPS, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 504 of 2022 / N.D.P.S. Case No. 206 of 2022.

10. The petitioner will mark his attendance at Ahiyapur Police Station on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
