Mr. Sri Lalan Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-07-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Goreya Kothi P.S.Case No. 38 of 2014 registered under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that petitioner got appointment by submitting forged marksheet of the Matriculation Certificate enhancing the marks. Later on, it was detected and he was dismissed from service.

Submission is that the petitioner is a graduate with Teachers Training Certificate and the appointment was to be held merely on the basis of marks obtained in Teachers Training Examination, accordingly, the merit list was prepared and there was no weightage of matriculation marks so the petitioner had

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41978 of 2018(3) dt.26-07-2018 2/2 got no advantage in giving forged matriculation certificate rather someone had played mischief with the petitioner and now he has been dismissed also from the service and is in custody since 03.05.2018.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Om Prakash Singh is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Goreya Kothi P.S. Case No. 38 of 2014.
