JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-04-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that though, the case was registered in the year 2010 but the warrant for arrest of the petitioners has been issued 2014 and the accusation is based on suspicion.

Considering the fact that the case was registered in the year 2010 but the present anticipatory bail application has been preferred in the year 2016, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15138 of 2016 (2) dt.12-04-2016 2/2 six weeks in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 97 of 2010 pending in the court of learned CJM, Begusarai. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
