The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No. 329/2018 dated 22.05.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 401 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was found to be in possession of a stolen motorcycle. He is in custody since 23.02.2018. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a student, who has been falsely implicated in this case. On the relevant day, he was coming back from his relative's house, when he was arrested and maliciously the recovery has been shown from his possession.

The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37194 of 2018 (3) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No. 329/2018.
