2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 353, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner opened fire on the police party when it raided the spot where accused persons were making plan to commit crime. Police apprehended two miscreants who disclosed name of the petitioner as their associate who managed to flee away from the spot.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR with specific allegation that he fired on the police party.
