Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Delha P. S. case no. 137/2014 registered under sections 420, 406 and 379/34 of the IPC.

Petitioner no.1 was maid servant of Mahant Ganga Das and the bank account stood in the name of the aforesaid Mahant Ganga Das. Furthermore, it is also an admitted position that no one had seen removing Mukut from the idols.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Delha P. S. case
