Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4 of 2015 (4) dt.03-08-2015 2/2 Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioners seek quashing of the first information report of Hathauri P.S. Case No.117 of 2013 registered under section 498A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The allegations made in the FIR do attract ingredients of the offences alleged.
In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to quash the first information report of Hathauri P.S. Case No.117 of 2013 dated 16.8.2013. Accordingly, these applications are dismissed. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Md.S./- U T
