The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 601 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation that his relative Shobha Kumari came to him to persuade him to invest in Weird Infrastructure Corporation Limited. After sometimes Shobha Kumari again came to his house with his senior agent Sudhir Prasad, the petitioner to persuade the informant to invest in the aforesaid company.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not take money from the informant, the petitioner is nowhere. The informant compromised the case with Shobha
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16173 of 2015 (2) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 Kumari after receiving the entire amount deposited with interest. Having considered the facts that the informant has already compromised the case with Shobha Kumari and there is no allegation that the petitioner received any money from the informant, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 601 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
