JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 380, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that in the background of fight between the children of both sides, the accused persons including the petitioners came variously armed and assaulted the informant's family.

No.51740 of 2014 (2) dt.05-01-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury of informant's side has been found to be simple except injury of Prakash Mukhiya which is specifically alleged to have been caused by co-accused Taken Mukhiya (non-petition). There is counter version of the occurrence also when petitioners' side also received injury. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., Saharsa in connection with Maheshi (Jalai) P.S. Case No. 156 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
