The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mofassil P.S. Case No.265 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that in the evening of 11.06.2019, when the informant returned to his house after doing the work of boring, at that time, this petitioner was washing his cow and cleaning the door from the water, due to which the water flowed to the doorstep of the informant. When the informant forbade his brother (petitioner) to do so, then, in the meantime, Shobha Devi, the wife of the petitioner came out of the house and

When the informant made protest, then this petitioner caused blood oozing injury at the head of the informant through sharp-edged stick, due to which the informant fell down. When Arti Kumari, the daughter of the informant, rushed to save, then she was also assaulted. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to petty dispute, the hot exchange of words took place between the parties but with an ulterior motive, the informant has lodged the present case.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Mofassil P.S. Case No.265 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
