JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the informant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 54 of 2017 for offences under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation, in brief, is that prosecutrix developed illicit relationship with the petitioner who promised to marry her and also stated that whenever petitioner called her on mobile she used to visit his house for sexual relationship. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the accusation itself discloses the fact that she was having cons3ensual relationship and the girl is major and the medical report says that she is 19 to 20 years of age. Learned counsel for the informant submits that on promise of marriage physical relation was established.
