The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, 4(1-a), 21(i) of Mines and Minerals(Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 and 40(1) of the Bihar Minor Minerals Concession Rules, 1972 and 33, 41 and 42 of the Indian Forest Act.

The petitioner was carrying illegal stone chips on his tractor. The tractor was seized when the petitioner escaped from the place of seizure. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was carrying stone chips under valid permit. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if the petitioner produces valid permit for carrying the seized stone chips and in view of the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, if he surrenders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order in connection with Dehri Town Indrapuri P.S. Case No. 521 of 2014, pending in the court of the learned C.J.M. Rohtas at Sasaram.

With this observation, the application is disposed off.
