The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 119/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioners, the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60776 of 2021(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Katihar, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 119/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
