In view of the limited prayer made at the time of hearing of this writ application, the same is being disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara to take a final decision in the matter of grant of arms licence to the petitioner on its own merit and in accordance with law, as it is contended that his application is pending since 25.11.2014, expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
