Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhowrah P.S. Case No. 353 of 2014 lodged under Sections 341, 324, 307 and 504 of Indian Penal Code but later on section 302 of the I.P.C. added.
The allegation against the present petitioner is to make knife blow on the stomach of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's antecedent is clean and he is in custody since 14.10.2014. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
In the present facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the bail petition of the petitioner is hereby rejected. Learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within 6 months from today. Liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner that if trial shall not conclude within 6 months, petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. With this observation, the bail application stands rejected.
