The prayer of the petitioner in this writ application assailing the orders/action passed under Section 13(4) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 is capable of being agitated before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Patna. In that view of the matter, while this Court must hold the present writ application to be not maintainable, it would give liberty to the petitioner to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal
