Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468/34 and other sections of Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that on verification of successful candidates for physical test, the signature/left thumb impression of 61 candidates out of 93 were found to be different by the Director, Police Laboratory, Bihar, Patna and petitioner's name was also found at Sl. No. 44 in the list of candidates, whose signature/left thumb impression were found to be different.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion and there is no record to

It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 13.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30668 of 2022. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Patna in Shastri Nagar P. S. Case No. 914 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
