The petitioner, Sharwan Mandal, apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 2080C of 2013, registered under Sections 498A and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with all honour and dignity. Perused the record.
It appears that the wife has made allegation that the petitioner subjected her to physical and mental torture, but since the petitioner is ready to keep his wife, let the petitioner, above named, surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, and the learned Court below shall, after issuing notice to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51976 of 2014 (2) dt.05-01-2015 2/2 complainant, enlarge the petitioner on provisional bail for two months on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to its satisfaction in connection with Complaint Case No. 2080C of 2013 and make efforts for resolving the dispute between the husband and wife. If the dispute is not resolved, then the Court below shall consider the prayer for bail of the petitioner on its own merits in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the application stands disposed of.
