Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 392 of the IPC.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 12.03.2018 and the impugned order goes to show that except confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Gopalganj
