2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 , 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the allegation the co-accused sold the ancestral land of the informant area about 11 Katha to the petitioners in pursuance to conspiracy with intention to grab his property .

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners have purchased the land in question after paying consideration amount. When the petitioners came to know about the sale deed with false plot no- 1091, 1099 they requested the seller who is close relative of the informant either to return his consideration amount or correct plot number. The seller Ramdev Prasad Ambasth returned the consideration amount to the petitioners and both the petitioners wrote him regarding returning of the land. They have no intention to cheat the informant. So, no case under Section 420, 407 and 468 of IPC is made out against these petitioners. The case is purely of civil nature . Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition.

6 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate , Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 203 of 2011 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of
