2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 614 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366A/511/354B/354C/354D/ 354A/323/341/504/509 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.
3. The present case arises out of a complaint case. The complaint case was filed six months after the alleged occurrence.
4. The allegation against the petitioner is that he had forcibly made the minor girl to sit on his motorcycle and when
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57506 of 2024(2) dt.21-08-2024 2/2 people assembled, the petitioner and others then left. The petitioner is in jail since 30.04.2024 and he has clean antecedent.
5. Considering the delay and considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge VI Cum Special Judge (POCSO Act)/concerned court, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 614 of 2023.
