The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No.84 of 2017, registered for offences alleged under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and he has been arrested on mere suspicion. There is no recovery of any incriminating material from him and the co-accused has already been granted regular bail by a learned coordinate Bench vide Annexure-2.
Learned APP for the State is present.
Considering the facts and circumstances whereunder the petitioner is not named in the FIR and the two co-accused have
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37195 of 2018 (2) dt.29-06-2018 already been granted regular bail, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Charpokhari P.S.
