The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that on account of land dispute accused persons came and assaulted by different weapons to the father and brother of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is also a counter case and this case is consequences of the land dispute.
There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. The
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37359 of 2018 (2) dt.04-07-2018 order sheet only shows that two persons, namely, Raghu Yadav and Amod Yadav have received injury.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioners, namely, Bablu Yadav, Pankaj Yadav, Pradeep Yadav and Dilip Yadav, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Bandhuwakuraba P.S. Case No.27 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Vinay/- U T
