JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section, 452 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that the petitioner and one Manish Singh came at the door of the informant when the petitioner caused firearm injury on the right leg of the informant, thereafter, both fired several rounds causing injury to the informant and his cow. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury reports of the informant and his cow do not suggest any firearm injury.

Though, the impugned order suggests that the petitioner is involved in six other cases pending in the state of Jharkhand but a statement has been made in para 3 of the petitioner that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1182 of 2015 (2) dt.13-01-2015 2/2 petitioner is involved only in two cases.

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 279 of 2014 pending in the court of learned ACJM, Chapra.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
