JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 17-01-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 71 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304 (B), 201 of the Indian Penal Code & 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

As per allegation, the accused persons killed the deceased for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is devar, brother-in-law of the deceased having no concern with day-today affairs of the couple. He has submitted further that on similar ground mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law (nanad) and devar

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50959 of 2022(2) dt.17-01-2023 2/2 have been granted anticipatory bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. Nos. 33434 of 2020 and 23037 of 2020. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 71 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
