1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the Informant and also heard the learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 836-C of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498 (A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the victim solemnized marriage with the petitioner (her husband) on 08.02.2019. After the marriage, the petitioner started assaulting and abusing her for nonfulfillment of dowry demand.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the

5. Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that the petitioner has specifically mentioned in paragraph No. 10 of his bail petition that he is ready to keep the victim with full dignity and honour, as such, he may be granted anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Complaint Case No. 836-C of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

7. The petitioner is directed to adhere to his words and shall bring back his wife to the place of posting within a period of 10 days from today.
