JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2015 Mr. Ram Suresh Roy, learned Senior counsel, at the outset very fairly submits that in view of the stand taken by the learned counsel for the respondent Life Insurance Corporation of India that the writ petition is premature as the petitioner has not availed the remedy of appeal under Sub Rule (2) of Rule 7 of the Life Insurance Corporation of India Development Officers (Revision of Certain Terms and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009 seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to exhaust the remedy of appeal.

This application is, accordingly, permitted to be withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
